KCK Collectibles was started in 1987 as a part-time venture by Chuck Carey, trading in comics and sports cards. The business consisted mainly of buying and selling sports cards and comics at various local trade shows. The store in Murphys was opened in March, 2007 with the addition of selling records and movie memorabilia.
